After 10+ years and successfully closing on THREE (yes, three!) homes with Rob Jones at Berkshire Hathaway Realty, I can confidently say he is not just a realtor—he is a real estate wizard, a negotiation ninja, a paperwork whisperer, and quite possibly the only human alive who can make escrow feel like a luxury spa day. Let me paint the picture with unnecessary detail: First home—Rob spotted a hidden gem with a backyard that could host the Olympics, negotiated like a shark in a suit, and had the sellers throwing in the kitchen sink (literally, they included the sink). Second home—when the inspection revealed a suspicious attic that may or may not have housed a family of raccoons, Rob handled it with the calm of a Buddhist monk and the tenacity of a honey badger, turning potential disaster into a victory lap complete with champagne (he brought it). Third home—market was wilder than a Black Friday stampede, yet Rob secured us a deal so good I still check the closing docs to make sure we didn’t accidentally buy the neighbor’s pool too. Every step, every email at 2 a.m., every 'just one more form' was met with Rob’s signature mix of expertise, humor, and the kind of patience usually reserved for saints or kindergarten teachers. He remembered our kids’ names, our dog’s birthday, and exactly how we like our coffee during showings. The man is a unicorn in dress shoes. If you’re buying, selling, or just thinking about real estate, stop scrolling. Call Rob Jones. Your future self (and your future three homes) will thank you. We’re already eyeing home number four, and Rob is the only one we’ll trust to find it—because after a decade and three perfect closings, he’s basically family now. 10/10, would buy every house in Pennsylvania with him. I've had the privilege of working with Rob Jones on the sale of two homes. Rob did all of the necessary prep work resulting in my home being sold within 3 days and my father's home being sold within 8 days. He is the consummate professional and engages in consistently clear communication. He Is extremely knowledgeable, flexible and responsive, usually replying white minutes. We established some guidelines that I was comfortable with 24/7 communication and welcomed his weekend and after hour quick response to bring the sale to closing.

Rob helped us through our first home purchase experience, answering all of our questions and keeping us informed or what to expect and what will come next. He scheduled viewings with relatively short notice when needed, and always responded to us quickly. We had some issues with an appraisal that came in too low to make a deal, and he helped us turn around and complete a bid within a week Of the failed sale. The home we ended up purchasing was a FSBO, who lived out of state, and he made sure everything went smoothly.

Rob has been great to my husband and I and we enjoyed working with him.

Though we never met our agent face to face before the settlement table, he provided excellent guidance and recommendations on what upgrades/renovations to make to our home before it listed. It was a great first buying experience.

Rob is great to deal with! He sold our home in 3 months, after it had sat on the market for an entire year! He also got us into our new one! Rob is quick to respond, great with communication, and was great to deal with! I love my home and don't plan on going anywhere any time soon, but if I do, I will go through Rob again for sure!
